Lavadac is 7km from Nerac which is about 1½ hours drive (A62) from either Toulouse or Bordeaux airports that both Easyjet and BA fly to every day. See map for local detail of location of our home in Lavadac.

The house has 5 bedrooms, both double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two further bedrooms have two single beds. The fifth room has a cot or a double pull out divan bed. There is also a family bathroom and separate w/c cloakroom.

Off of the main living area is a separate TV room with DVD player and toys! Kitchen has a separate utility
area for washing machine/ freezer etc.

Double garage has a mini gym. Outside the owner’s swimming pool is fenced off for safety reasons, and is regularly maintained by the company who installed the pool, that means it’s always very clean!!

Surrounding fields and grass area is owned by us,so plenty of places to play.

The views from the villa towards Lavadac are fabulous.Just to sum up we intend to live out here, one day so this is our home and we feel the fittings and facilities reflect that fact.
